जन सेवा केंद्र से राशन कार्ड का ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के बाद आवेदन पर विभागीय कार्रवाई होती है। नियमानुसार आवेदन पूर्ण होने के 30 कार्य दिवस के भीतर इस पर कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। इस दौरान आप ऑनलाइन देख सकते हैं कि आपका आवेदन किस चरण में है।
आवेदन किन चरणों से गुजरता है?
- डुप्लीकेसी जाँच: आवेदन में दिए गए आधार नंबरों का राष्ट्रीय आधार डाटा से मिलान होता है। डुप्लीकेसी न मिलने पर ही आवेदन आगे बढ़ता है।
- पात्रता सत्यापन: ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में खंड विकास अधिकारी कार्यालय और शहरी क्षेत्र में नगर निकाय कार्यालय द्वारा।
- अनुमोदन: सत्यापन में पात्र पाए जाने पर जिला पूर्ति कार्यालय अनुमोदन देता है।
- राशन कार्ड जारी: पूर्ति निरीक्षक के डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर के बाद कार्ड जारी होता है और रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर SMS आता है।
आवेदन निरस्त होने के कारण
- राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के मानकों में परिवार का अपात्र पाया जाना
- जारी किए जाने वाले राशन कार्डों की निर्धारित संख्या का लक्ष्य पूर्ण हो जाना
- आवेदन में मांगे गए अभिलेख अपूर्ण होना
- परिवार का राशन कार्ड पहले से जारी होना या आधार डुप्लीकेसी पाया जाना

How to Check UP Ration Card Application Status Online
Applied for a new ration card through a Jan Seva Kendra? Follow these steps to find out whether your application is approved or still pending.
Open the Status Page
Click the "Check Application Status" button above to open the official Ration Card Application Status page of NFSA Uttar Pradesh.
Enter Reference ID / Ration ID
Type your Reference ID or Ration ID in the first box, then enter the captcha shown next to it. Tap the refresh icon if the captcha is not clear.
Get OTP and Verify
Click the "Get OTP for Application Status" button. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with the ration card. Enter it to see your application status.
Wait for the SMS
Once your ration card is approved and issued, an SMS is sent to your registered mobile number. Action is expected within 30 working days of a complete application.
